Using a boxed brownie mix as your base, nobody will ever know these to die for treats are so simple!
Stir brownie mix together with water, eggs and oil. Add 1/4 cup of the brown sugar. Fold in 3/4 of your bag of chocolate chips (set aside the other 1/4 bag for melting, later). Pour batter onto a jelly roll pan.
In a small bowl, mix chopped pecans with remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar. Sprinkle over brownie batter. Bake in a 375 degree (F) oven for 20 minutes.
While baking, unwrap 40 Rolos (try not to eat them all, it will be worth waiting). Set aside 24, and cut the remaining 16 into quarters.
Microwave the remaining chocolate chips in the microwave until melted (about one minute).
At 20 minutes, remove jelly roll pan from oven and immediately press the remaining 24 Rolos into brownies (4 rows of six caramels). Sprinkle quartered Rolos on top of brownies and drizzle on the melted chocolate. Serve warm (with ice cream, maybe?). Enjoy!

Ha, I love this title! Kinda like semi-homemade from Sandra only a little more irreverant!
