My version of Bakerella’s Peach Crunch Cake. THE easiest recipe ever! No stirring allowed!
I’m not that crazy about canned peaches, but I had to try this recipe, so I tweaked it a bit to my liking! Hope you like it too.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Empty can of pears with juice into 13″x9″ dish.
Spread dry cake mix over pears.
Add butter evenly over cake mix.
Spread 1 cup of brown sugar on top.
Sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake for 40 minutes.
I served it warm with butterscotch ripple ice cream. It was heavenly!

I love this type of dessert…quick and easy to make! I added more pears than what the recipe called for since it didn’t look like enough. We had it right out of the oven with vanilla ice cream…yummmm!
