This rustic pear crisp is a unique twist on the standard apple crisp. Delicious and warm and the perfect way to use up some extra pears.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
For the fruit: Place pears in an 8×8 baking dish. Mix sugar and flour together in a small bowl and sprinkle over the pears. Sprinkle cinnamon over pear mixture.
For the topping: In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and oats. Spread topping evenly over pears in the dish. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
