Creamy peanut butter gets stuffed between two pretzels and dunked in chocolate.
Melt chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth and creamy.
Place half of the pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Fill a sandwich or small freezer bag with peanut butter. Snip off one corner of the bag. Top each pretzel with 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter. Place a pretzel on top of the peanut butter and press down slightly.
Dip half of the pretzel sandwich into melted chocolate and place it back on baking sheet. Repeat until all of the pretzels are dipped. If you’re feeling festive, add sprinkles to each pretzel while the chocolate is still soft.
Place pretzels in the freezer for 15 minutes, or until chocolate hardens. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
