Description

Soft and chewy cookie bars overflowing with peanut butter flavor and topped off with a salty, crunchy pretzel-y twist!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Butter
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter (I Used Creamy, But Crunchy Will Work Too)
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • ¾ cups Cake Flour
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1-½ cup Crushed Pretzels
  • ¾ cups Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
  • ½ cups Reese's Pieces Candy

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.

Melt the butter and peanut butter together until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually add to the butter and peanut butter and mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in the pretzels, peanut butter chips and Reece’s Pieces and stir until combined. Pour into the prepared dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 28-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and begin to pull away. Cool completely before cutting.

Note: Peanut butter chips should be available in the baking section near the chocolate chips. If you can’t find them, just double the amount of Reese’s Pieces candy that you add.
