Description

Deliciously moist brownies with lots of flavor!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ cups Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups Nutella

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.

Measure flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Stir the sugar into the melted butter. Beat in the eggs one at a time until each is combined. Then stir in the vanilla. Then add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Put the Nutella and Peanut Butter in a small bowl and microwave until runny (about 30 seconds). Fold into the brownie mix.

Pour batter into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until top forms a crust. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes, then cut the size to your liking.

These are SO good!! Seriously moist and JUST the way a brownie should be. The only change I made was subbed the peanut butter for more Nutella (the peanut butter overpowers the Nutella terribly!) Everything else worked out fine. I had to bake these an extra 5-8 mins more until mine were just baked.

I suggest that if you MUST have that punch of peanut butter, chop up some peanut butter cups and fold them in at the end.

Thank you SO much for sharing. These are my go-to recipe!

I made these the other day and everyone LOVED them! They are very moist . I liked that the 2 flavors are not over powering. You get just enough hint of both to make them moist.

I questioned the 1/2 c of flour too, but they were perfect as is. Delicious!

I made them today. I didn’t taste much peanut butter. They are very moist and tasty but had hoped for more peanut butter taste.

I made these last night and was bummed….the peanut butter overpowers the flavor of nutella. You can’t even tell nutella was mixed in. If I make these again, I’d double up the nutella and forgo the peanut butter.

Pretty good, though as other users commented, no Nutella taste when baked. I also found that they got hard pretty quickly, which is something I’m not a huge fan of in brownies, but maybe other people like.

Moist and lovely taste – unfortunately we couldn’t taste the Nutella either. We had to use crunchy peanutbutter which I thought was very nice.

Only problem was that they were not done after 25 minutes and would have needed at least another 10.

These were easy to make, which I loved… but once they were finished, I couldn’t taste the Nutella at all! The peanut butter flavor is great though.

Next time, I might try making them with just one egg, because I like chewy brownies and these came out a little bit cakey…

I’ve made these twice in the past two weeks! My boyfriend loved them and we ate one pan between us in two days, and then I took them to a family gathering where they were the first dessert to disappear. They’re very rich, so cut them into small servings.

Really good- I would make it again. It was super easy. Very moist but a little crumbly to cut even after cooling for 3 hours. I cooked it a little longer than the recipe said to and it was still moist- I just felt like it needed a little longer time. This is not gooey with the nutella and peanut butter so if you want that type of brownie, don’t make this one. But still excellent as a firm moist brownie.
