Crispy peanut butter treats dipped in chocolate. Just. So. Yummy.
Melt butter in a large sauce pan. Mix in peanut butter and sugar until well blended. Remove from heat. Stir in Rice Krispies (I use my hands).
Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze at least 1 hour.
Melt almond bark or chocolate over a double-boiler or in the microwave. Dip bonbons into chocolate using a fork to let excess chocolate drip. Place on cold cookie sheet and allow to cool until chocolate is hard. You may want to put it in the freezer again.
Optional: using a fork, drizzle chocolate over finished product.
