Delicious, homemade ice cream without a machine. Perfect for summer!
Start by whipping heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside. Mix condensed milk, sour cream, vanilla and salt together until incorporated, then whisk in the whipped cream until smooth.
Mash up banana and stir in. Fold in peanut butter to form ribbons, but do not mix in. Add chocolate chunks.
Divide into 4 parts and place in freeze-safe plastic containers in the freezer to harden.
