So simple and so good. You can change the fruit – just match the flavor of jello to the fruit. Voila! (Cook time includes fridge time.)
Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar together and pat into an 8-inch glass pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Place peaches (or desired fruit) into cooled, baked pie crust.
Cook water, sugar, and cornstarch together on stove top, until clear. Add one box of peach jello (or desired flavor to match fruit), mix well and pour over fruit in crust.
Let it set in the refrigerator for 3 or more hours, until set. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
