An easy, quick, delicious peach cobbler recipe. My family’s favorite!
Mix sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder together in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add melted butter to mixture.
Drain fruit and pour in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. If you use fresh peaches, sweeten them with sugar before adding to the pan. Pour batter over the top of peaches (it’s okay if they’re not all covered).
Bake at 375ºF for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
