A gooey and chewy delight in every bite. Once you have these Rice Krispies, you won’t want any other kind.
Melt the butter (save 2 tablespoons to grease the sheet pan).
Add marshmallows and caramels in the melted butter. Melt together on low heat, stirring constantly.
Once melted, stir in coconut. Mix well. Then add Rice Krispies.
While still warm, with buttered hands, press into greased pan. Cool, then cut.
Our family loves to put them in the fridge and eat them cold.
