A cold refreshing ice cream cake!
1. Allow the ice cream to soften up before starting anything else.
2. A 9-inch springform pan is preferable. But you can use a deep dish pan.
3. Combine the butter and Oreos in a bowl. Use a potato masher to crush the Oreos.
4. Then spread the combined crust on the bottom on the springform pan.
5. Scoop 2 cups of the softened ice cream and spread evenly on the crust.
6. Liberally squeeze a layer of chocolate sauce on the ice cream. Then let the first layer set in the freezer.
7. Repeat the same steps for the second layer.
8. Let it freeze for another ten minutes and decorate with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and maraschino cherries.
