Easy to make, and great for serving to a crowd. Everybody loves Oreos, right?
Thaw the Cool Whip. Scoop ice cream into a large mixing bowl and allow to thaw until stirrable, usually half hour or more in my kitchen. Coarsely chop the Oreo cookies. Fold all the ingredients together and pour into a 9×13 pan. Freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
Remove from freezer half an hour before serving. Cut into squares.
I usually make this with the good old chocolate Oreos, but I’ve also made it with the Golden Oreos and it’s really good that way, too!
