Description

Orange and dark chocolate? Yes, please!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 17 Oz. Size) Betty Crocker Supreme Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • ¼ cups Water
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Oil
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons (or More) Orange Juice Concentrate, Thawed
  • 2 drops Red Food Coloring (optional)
  • 4 drops Yellow Food Coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles Or Melted Chocolate, For Decoration

Preparation

Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix brownie mix with water, eggs and oil as listed. Spread into the bottom of a jelly roll or bar pan. nBake 27-29 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

While brownies cool, soften cream cheese and in a large bowl. Stir until smooth, adding powdered sugar, 4-6 tablespoons thawed orange juice, judging how much based on frosting thickness. Add 2 drops red and 4 drops yellow food coloring if using. Decorate with fall sprinkles or drizzle melted chocolate over brownies before serving.

These brownies are amazing and perfect for fall!
