Light and citrusy bundtcake.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix, whipped topping mix, 3/4 cup orange juice, mayonnaise, eggs and 1 tablespoon orange zest. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
Coat a bundt pan/fluted tube pan with cooking spray and dust with flour. Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool.
For the glaze: combine powdered sugar, remaining 2 tablespoons orange juice and remaining 1 tablespoon of orange zest. Mix well.
Drizzle over cooled cake.

I am planning on making this today, but I accidentally picked up a yellow “butter” cake mix. I wonder if this would work instead of the plain yellow called for?
