This is my new ‘go to’ pie dough recipe. I don’t think I’ll ever use another one. It turns out perfect every single time, and it’s SO easy to make!

My new go-to recipe for pie crust! I wanted an all-butter crust, but the other recipe I used before was always a challenge to roll out nicely. This one rolled like a dream and tasted great! I added a tablespoon of sugar to the flour/salt mixture for flavor, increased the salt to 1 teaspoon, and added 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice to the ice water to help with color and elasticity. Loved the result!
