Description

Minimal ingredients, super easy, and super delicious!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CRUST:
  • 1-½ cup Crushed Graham Crackers
  • ¼ cups White Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Melted Butter
  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Plain
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip
  • FOR THE STRAWBERRY TOPPING:
  • 2 cups Strawberries, Hulled And Halved
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups White Sugar

Preparation

For the crust: Mix graham cracker, white sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9″ cake or pie pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For the filling: In the mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract. Reduce speed and add Cool Whip. Beat until smooth. Pour on top of the pie cust.

For the strawberry topping: Combine strawberries, vanilla extract, and sugar in a saucepan on medium low heat. Heat for about 5 minutes. Store in the fridge for about a half hour. Pour on top of your pie once cooled.

Refrigerate the pie overnight. Enjoy!
