If you think you can’t make a homemade pie crust, think again! This is the easiest crust you will ever make. My Nana was famous for her pies and especially this crust.
Preheat oven to 450.
Add flour, sugar, and salt into a 9 inch glass pie plate and mix with a fork until combined. Make a little well in the center of flour mixture and add milk and oil. Carefully mix with a fork until combined. Do not over mix or the crust will come out tough. Starting in one spot and working in a circular motion working around the pie plate, pat out crust with heel of your hand. Work the crust evenly over the bottom and sides of pie plate. You can flute the edges with two fingers or crimp with a fork.
Bake for exactly 12 minutes.
