Description

Here is a simple yummy dessert that is so refreshing on a hot summer day. Use whatever combination of fruit that is in season. Our favorite is raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, but it works well with bananas, kiwi, oranges, apples, or whatever else turns your crank!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ stick Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 8 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
  • 3 cups Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 cups Fresh Fruit

Preparation

Mix melted butter, flour and sugar together, pat onto pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until just starting to brown around the edges. Cool COMPLETELY!

Beat cream cheese. Add whipped topping and powdered sugar, beat till fluffy. Spread over cooled crust. Top with fruit of your choice.

Fruit suggestions: raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, bananas (soak in 7-Up or lemon juice first to keep from turning brown), kiwi, mangoes, papaya—the list goes on.
