Quick and easy pie! Switch up the toppings! Cherry pie filling, blueberry pie filling, blackberry . . . just whatever floats your boat!
Let cream cheese soften. In a mixing bowl whip the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour the mixture into your graham cracker crust. Chill until set about 2-3 hours. Top with cherry pie filling.
