This pound cake is moist and tasty with a little bit of crunch on top. There is a secret ingredient in it that makes it so moist! Quick to throw together and easy to serve with a variety of toppings or none at all.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick spray with flour and sprinkle with a generous amount of sugar. Set pan aside.
Using a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into the cake pan and smooth the top.
Bake at 350 F for about 50 minutes or according to your oven (a little more or a little less). That’s all there is to it!
