Chewy, fudgy chocolate brownies … that are mini!
Adorable, no?
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Combine the sugar, vegetable oil, yogurt, vanilla extract, and egg whites together in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until well-blended.
3. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; stir well. Add to sugar mixture; beat until dry ingredients are moistened.
4. Pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375ºF for 25 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Let stand 3 minutes or until morsels soften; spread softened morsels over brownies using a knife or metal spatula. Let cool on a wire rack.
