Heath bar heaven!
Spray a 9×9 glass dish with Pam. Line with graham crackers. Pour ½ c. chopped pecans on top of the graham crackers.
Microwave 1 stick of butter, cut in chunks, and ¾ cup packed brown sugar in a 2 quart glass container for 2 minutes. Stir, then microwave for 2 more minutes. Stir and repeat. Then stir and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute longer. Stir again. (You will have done this for a total of 6 ½ to 7 minutes.) This candy will be HOT! Don’t taste it or you will burn yourself. Pour it immediately on top of the pecans.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup chocolate chips on top of hot candy mixture. Spread and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Break into pieces and enjoy.
