Description

The maple syrup just gives this traditional pumpkin pie that extra somethin’!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole 9" Unbaked Pie Crust
  • 2 cups Cooked Pumpkin
  • ¾ cups White Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2-½ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup
  • 1 container (12 Ounce) Evaporated Milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425F

1. Place unbaked pie crust in your pie pan.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together in order given.
3. Pour into crust.
4. Bake at 425 degrees (F) for 15 minutes then turn oven temperature down to 350F and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until pie does not appear fluidy in the middle.

Let pie cool completely before cutting. Serve with Maple Syrup spiked whipping cream. ENJOY!
