A simple but delicious recipe for peanut butter fudge.
Place first four ingredients in a large heavy saucepan. Boil till softball stage on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Beat with mixer till mixture loses its gloss and then pour into a greased 9×13 cake pan and spread till even.
*If you do not have a candy thermometer you may have a cup of cold water next the candy mixture. When mixture is dropped into the water and forms a soft ball or clumps together you have reached soft ball stage.
