A delicious and fat-free sundae!
Mix the yoghurt, the cottage cheese and the sugar.
Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Blend them gently into the mix.
Transfer the mixture into a suitable-sized baking pan or a plastic container. Cover with tin foil and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Take it out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving, and whisk it just before serving.
Serve with fresh fruit, chocolat chip cookies, nuts, etc.
