My great-grandmother’s famous moist lemon cake with sweet lemon glaze.
Preheat oven to 300F.
Mix apricot nectar, oil and eggs into the cake mix. Pour into a fluted bundt pan and bake for one hour. Remove cake from pan and let cool.
Mix powdered sugar and some lemon juice (add the juice in small amounts – you just want enough to get to a nice glaze consistency) into a glaze and drizzle over cake.
