Easy, moist glazed lemon cake! I got this recipe from my mother.
Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes (when a toothpick comes out clean). When cake is done baking, remove from pan and let cool on a plate.
Glaze: mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice and butter until smooth, drizzle on cake.

This looks like something my mother-in-law makes. It’s one of my favorites — which is saying a lot for someone who thinks that fruit is fruit and dessert is chocolate.
