Description

If you like the tang of lemon coupled with creamy whipped cream cheese, then this is the pie for you! Comes together in moments!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 15 ounces, weight Good Quality Lemon Pie Filling, Divided
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip , Thawed
  • 1 whole Graham Cracker Crust, 9 Inch Size

Preparation

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in half of the pie filling. Fold in the Cool Whip whipped topping.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the crust. Spread remaining pie filling over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes up to several hours before serving.

I made this pie for our 4th of July cookout. It was cool and refreshing and if you love lemon, you will love this pie. I will make again.
