White chocolate bark with crushed lemon drops.
Crush lemon drops, reserving 2-3 tablespoons to sprinkle on top. Melt almond bark in the microwave. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Add crushed lemon drops into the melted almond bark. Pour and spread evenly on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle reserved crushed lemon drops on top. Allow to harden and then break into pieces.

Delicious! I made these as favors for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law’s bridal shower. A hit for sure!! My grocery didn’t have white almond bark, so I used Ghiradelli and Toll House white chocolate chips mixed together.
