Tangy and delicious pie.
To make crust:
Mix sugar with the graham cracker crumbs. Stir in the melted butter and mix to combine. Pour the mixture into a pie plate, and press firmly against the sides to cover the bottom and sides. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes. Cool slightly.
To make filling:
Blend eggs, milk, and key lime juice just until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then refrigerate.
To serve, top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
