Deep dark rich truffles with the zing of Kahlua!
Heat cream and butter on low heat till butter is melted. Use double boiler if you have one. Add chocolate chips and stir till melted into cream mixture.
Remove from heat. Stir in Kahlua. Put into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill till cold in refrigerator. Then use a melon baller or cookie baller and roll into small balls. Roll in cocoa power. I used black cocoa power.
Makes eighteen 1/2 inch balls.

I tried to add Kahlua to a batch of truffles I made last Christmas, and they never solidified (so I made myself a TON of really decadent hot chocolate :D). I will definitely try this recipe this year! Thanks for posting!
