A delicious and simple alternative to a standard trifle. Quick and easy to assemble, and a show-stopper even still! This will go so fast at a party, you’ll be lucky if you get to lick the bowl!
Make brownies according to package. While brownies are baking in a 9×13 pan, mix together pudding and half-n-half in a medium-sized bowl using a wire whisk until thick.
Refrigerate.
When brownies are fresh from the oven, pour Kahlua evenly over the top. Allow to cool completely (I put the whole pan in the freezer). Once cooled, cut into 1″x 1″ squares.
Layer ingredients into a trifle bowl, starting with half the brownie squares, followed by half the pudding mixture, half the whipped topping and topped with 2 or 3 handfuls of Heath chunks. Repeat layers once more with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!

okay, stupid question from a newbie…where does the half and half come in? do i need to mix that with the cool whip? i mean, i’m pretty sure i can’t ruin this recipe, but i am rather curious…
