Brownie cupcake with Nutella spread, Neapolitan ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt butter in a large bowl in the microwave. Add the cocoa powder. Stir. Add the flour, sugar, eggs, salt, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full. Bake 18-20 minutes until done.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Spread a thin layer of Nutella on each brownie cupcake. Top with a scoop of Neapolitan ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Eat immediately or place into freezer.
