Rolled chocolate/hazelnut truffles in cute holiday papers.
In a double broiler (I use a heatproof bowl over water), melt semi-sweet chocolate, Nutella and sweetened condensed milk. Add vanilla. Chill mixture for 2 hours. Roll into 35 to 50 balls (truffles) and dip each ball in melted milk chocolate or cinnamon chips (or roll in coconut, toffee, nuts … use your imagination!). Sprinkle with sea salt. Allow each truffle to set for 15-20 minutes and arrange in cute papers or on a tray.
