Description
I once had a friend eat two pieces of this cake in rapid succession. It took him two days to come off the sugar high, but he said it was well worth it!
Ingredients
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Butter Pecan Cake Mix
- Additional Required Ingredients Specified In Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)
- 2 bags (about 10 Oz. Bag) Heath Toffee Baking Bits
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Preparation
Prepare cake mix according to box directions (you’ll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package) and bake in a 9×13″ pan. During the last 5 minutes of baking time, pour the Heath bits into a bowl and pour over the sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine (it will be very thick). While cake is still very hot, pour toffee/milk mixture over the top and let sit for just a bit so that the candy mixture thins out. Carefully spread to the edges. Enjoy!
