Description

These healthy date brownies have such fantastic and decadent flavor and texture. They are so perfect for indulging without guilt!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pitted Dates
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cups Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cups Melted Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 3 whole Eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray an 8 x 8 dish with cooking spray.

Get out a food processor and combine all of the ingredients except the eggs in its bowl. Run the processor until it is smooth. Add eggs and pulse a few more times to incorporate.

Scoop batter into the pan and smoothen out until even. Bake for about 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out of the center cleanly. Let brownies cool completely, then cut into the desired sized squares.

Serve immediately, or store sealed in the refrigerator to enjoy as you need them!
