A very simple but onolicious coconut cake.
Make and bake cake as directed on box in a 13x9x2 inch pan.
While cake is hot, poke holes all over top with chopstick or fork and pour coconut milk over all.
Put in fridge to cool completely. Spread with Cool-Whip and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

I have made this before. I found the recipe in a fundraiser cookbook from my children’s school years ago. It is so good!!
