Description

This is my Grandmother’s recipe. It’s amazing. I’ve made it several times this summer and it’s always the first dessert to go! So good and so simple.

Ingredients

  • 1 block 8 0z Cream Cheese
  • 1 can 14-0z Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 package 6 0z Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups Cold Milk
  • 1 tub 16 0z Cool Whip
  • 5 whole Bananas (ripe)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 box 15 0z Vanilla Wafers

Preparation

In a mixer, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk. Mix until smooth. Add the vanilla pudding mix. Gradually add the 3 cups of milk. Mix for about 5 minutes or until smooth. Fold in half a tub of Cool Whip. Slice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Into your serving dish, layer bananas, pudding, crushed Vanilla Wafers, repeat. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with Vanilla Wafers and leftover bananas. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy and be prepared to make more soon!
