This has been my family’s favorite cake for as long as I can remember.
Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Slowly add oil, beat 8 to 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Fold in carrots. Bake at 350F in a greased and floured bundt cake pan for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Frost with Grandma’s Cream Cheese Frosting (see my recipe box)!
