This cake is so moist with just a hint of lemon. Refreshing!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease and flour a 13×9 pan.
Mix together the cake mix, jello, eggs, oil, water, OJ and almond extract. Beat on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until an inserted fork comes out clean.
Meanwhile, mix together the powdered sugar and juice of lemons to make the icing. Add more orange juice if needed.
Once cake is out of oven, pierce top of cake with fork to make holes for the icing to seep through. Pour icing over top and spread.
Let cool and dive in.

I made this yesterday – it was great! I had a nice piece for breakfast, too. It definitely reminded me of something my grandma would have made. Thanks for sharing!
