Description

For all you chocoholics, this pie is a must! This is the recipe my Great-Grandma Chunkie wrote on a small piece of paper. She used to make this especially for me each Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • 2 bars Large (8 Oz.) Hershey Candy Bar (Milk Chocolate)
  • 18 whole Marshmallows Cut Up
  • ⅛ quarts Whole Milk
  • 2-¼ cups Cool Whip

Preparation

1. Melt Candy bar and marshmallows in milk over low fire until smooth. Cool.

2. Add 1-9 oz Cool Whip into chocolate mixture

3. Pour into a baked pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve.

4. Spoon a large helping of Cool Whip on your slice of pie! (I like to add chocolate sprinkles too.)

I was wondering what to do with the leftover s’mores ingredients – I’m going to make this tonight.

I just made this pie today. It is so easy and definitely one for the CHOCOLATE lover! I could only find 7 oz Hershey Bars and an 8 oz carton of Cool Whip so that’s what I used. This pie is VERY rich so small slices should be plenty. I think next time I might try doubling the Cool Whip and make 2 pies.
