This is a variant of the, in Sweden, classic “Kladdkaka” (Which translates “Gooey Cake”). If you want to try the “standard” cake you just omit the peanut butter. It’s quite similar to some brownies I’ve had.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (390F). Grease a circular pan (Diameter about 25 cm or 10ish”).
Combine sugars and eggs in a mixing bowl and beat. Melt the butter and add. Stir. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until totally combined. It should be a thick batter.
Pour the batter in to the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
