Description

So good you will have to have more than one piece!

Ingredients

  • 12 whole Double Stuff Oreo Cookies
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • ⅓ cups Dulce De Leche
  • ⅓ cups Peanut Butter
  • ⅔ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 cups Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
  • 2 Tablespoons Shaved Milk Chocolate

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add Oreos to a food processor or blender and process until they are a fine crumb. Pour into an 8 x 8 baking pan, stir in melted butter until well combined. Press evenly into pan.

In a small microwave safe bowl add dulce de leche and heat for 20 to 30 seconds, to soften. Stir in peanut butter until mixed well. Carefully spread over the Oreo crust. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool 15 minutes.

Remove ice cream from freezer and allow it to soften slightly.

Scoop ice cream and spread over the cooled crust as evenly as you can, but it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Spread whipped topping over ice cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.

Place pan in freezer for 1 hour, then cover with foil and return to freezer for 3 more hours.

Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving, to allow ice cream to soften slightly and make it easier to cut.

Using a sharp knife, slice into 9 squares.

Enjoy!
Miss
