This is a recipe given to me by a co-worker. He brought a HUGE batch to work one day. They were a hit.
In a 10″ skillet melt butter; stir in nuts and 1/2 c. sugar. Cook on medium heat until sugar is melted and nuts turn brown, about 8-10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir in nuts. Spread on waxed paper to cool. You may need to break it apart when cold.
Yield: 16 servings, 2 tablespoons each.
