This is an excellent dessert to accomodate a Mexican dinner! Really take it over the top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. To make it go further you can cut them in half since they are fairly rich.
Place pie filling in a tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in an 8×11 greased baking dish. Repeat with the remainder of the filling and tortillas. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and pour over tortillas. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until liquid has somewhat thickened.
