Light dessert, for grownups and children.
Put the egg white with the icing sugar in a bowl, and using a hand electric whisk, whisk for 5 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy and holds peaks when the blades are lifted.
Whisk in the lemon zest, and fold in the fromage frais. Transfer to six glasses or small bowls and reserve.
We could make a coulis with the strawberries, but as this is supposed to be a low-fat dessert, simply cut the strawberries into pieces and put them on each glass/bowl.
