A nice cool treat that comes in handy when it’s hot outside.
In a large pot bring to boil all the above ingredients and stir. Then bring down to a simmer for 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes. Puree the mixture and if need be, do it in batches.
Pour into a 9-inch casserole dish and chill for one hour. Move to the freezer for one more hour.
Remove and mix up with a fork. Place back in the freezer and after 30 minutes, remove and mix again with fork. Do this for a total of 3 hours or until frozen solid.
Scrape across the top of the surface and then serve.
