Ethereally light, incredibly swirly, tinged with cocoa—this not-to-sweet, fluffy frosting is perfect for dressing up an angel food cake.
Place all the frosting ingredients into a metal mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Place the mixing bowl into the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and beat until stiff peaks form.
Swirl over the top and sides of an angel food cake.

Sounds delicious! I prefer whipping cream over Icing sugar frostings, so I will be making this for sure. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
