A simple egg-free cake that’s dense and delicious.
Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle and add all the wet ingredients. Blend well either by hand or with a mixer.
Pour into greased 9×13 pan. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until a toothpick or knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
